My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2021
Another beautiful autumn day and another good strong walk a bit further yet again.
I headed out on a different route through the trails as road work was being done on my normal access road which was a nice extra bit of mileage and slightly more challenging with the rocky surface and shirt ups and downs.
Then another 3+ miles on the back roads to wrap up my Thursday workout. Just a tad slower pace but the trail section slowed me down a bit but it felt good once again.
A couple of hours in the afternoon walking up and down Copper Basin Wash a couple of miles further down from my usual spot (Lulu wad tired so she stayed home). Not difficult but still nice to be out in the hills enjoying the day (and picking up a few pretty copper ores).
