My Actifit Report Card: November 20 2021

Another beautiful Saturday in the books and another productive day for me so here's my Actifit report.

Started off with some good morning licks from my yellow Lab friend Andy just a short ways into my walk as they don't live that far away. After that quick little break I was off to head up the hill for my walk on the Sierry Peaks route with just under 600 feet of climbing over the 6+ miles.

I maintained my 4mph pace on the up and down roads without even having to jog any sections and my legs felt good (and my lower back as well which was a relief) and I was easily able to add on that extra mileage without any problems.

My wife and Lulu went for an afternoon walk up to the animal humane society thrift store about a half mile up the road. Lulu really was ready to go and she was pulling at her leash for us to keep up the pace (and she made new friends and got treats at the shop).
All in all it was a very good day - tomorrow I have to have our car worked on so just a walk or jogging for me.
