My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2021

It's Monday of Thanksgiving week and it wasn't too bad a start for my activities.
I decided to go out for a nice walk/easy jog on the Spence Springs trails for a change this morning. I used to run these single track trails frequently when I could actually run miles but they're just as nice walking.

Although the night was frosty the sky was bright and sunny and the temperature warmed up nicely for my exercise (nice to wear shorts). The trails were smooth and easy to navigate and there weren't any other folks on the way while I was there - just birds and the trees for company.

Overall it was a good effort and my legs had decent energy for a few spots of jogging on some of the smoother and wider sections but still mot that much endurance to speak of. I'm still thinking positive about getting back to consistently running next year so I'll just keep plugging away.
A couple of hours digging for gold with Lulu over in Copper Basin in the afternoon. Good exercise shovelling and about $10 gold to enjoy
- plus Lulu always loves being outside and spending a few hours exploring or just relaxing.
