My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2021

Tuesday morning dawned mild but cloudy and damp as it had drizzled overnight-not the best weather to start my Actifit walk.

Little rain drops followed me pretty much my whole walk. Not enough to get me soaked nut just enough to make it a raw and damp walk (good motivation to move along at a good clip 😁).

Not quite as strong or quick as before but a very satisfying effort overall.
Spent a couple of rainy hours digging over at Copper Basin Wash while Lulu stayed home warm and dry. Hopefully my back doesn't feel too sore tomorrow.
