My Actifit Report Card: November 24 2021

It was a quiet and relaxed day before Thanksgiving for me as all I did wad do loops around the dog park are a this morning.

It was nice to have some sunshine after yesterday's cold rain but Winter is on the horizon and the days are getting colder. At least the wind was slight so it was a comfortable walk around the park while Lulu had her fun.

Flat and short for my walk and I didn't feel like tracking it with my Garmin so it wad almost a rest day - tomorrow I'll see if I can get out extra early for a longer jaunt (supposed to be quite cold overnight so it will be good incentive to get moving).
