My Actifit Report Card: November 25 2021

Happy Thanksgiving to all my American Actifit friends out there and happy Thursday to you all not here in the US. I hope it was a nice and relaxed day for everyone.

Here the morning roads were silent as there were no cars on the back roads and even the main streets were quiet. Just the occasional Scrub Jay calling to break the stillness. It was cold overnight but the morning was bright and sunny.

I was surprised to see about a dozen other folks out along my route starting with my friend and her Lab Andy who I crossed paths with just a half mile into my walk. A few minutes to chat and get some holiday licks from Andy and I was back to my walk.

Just a couple of short jogs on the downhills to stretch out my legs but I was feeling great and really enjoyed my Thanksgiving morning walk (even saw a few beautiful Bluebirds on the walk - such gorgeous creatures 😍).
Afterwards Lulu and I spent the afternoon hours over in Copper Basin Wash again for some relaxing holiday prospecting. Lulu walked around a bit then decided it was more enjoyable just to lay down and watch her daddy dig 🤣

6 buckets dug and about $10 worth of gold for my efforts including a nice little nugget
No big Thanksgiving meal for us, just healthy eating. Bed will be great tonight.
