My Actifit Report Card: November 26 2021
Happy Friday everyone as we now head towards December and the New Year.
It was another frosty morning with the thermometer reading 26 degrees when I started my walk. At least the air was still and traffic was still fairly light early in the morning. A good pace and bright sun helped to keep me relatively comfortable and my legs felt good even on the climbs.
No running today so a little bit slower overall.
We didn't plan to do much so as to avoid the Black Friday shopping traffic and instead I took Lulu to the park for a couple of hours.
Not looking forward to winter coming but at least it is never too horrible here.
