My Actifit Report Card: December 8 2021
It was a tired workout today after not sleeping well (our heating blower fan blew apart last night like it was being bombed!). Still, I was able to put in some ok miles this afternoon.
The morning was cold, cloudy and rain sprinkles off and on. Not very conducive to going out and exercising.
Fortunately the clouds parted and the sun managed to peek out every now and then in time for my walk.
A quiet walk/hike up to the mid point of the Centennial Trail and then just a mile on the trail before heading back down the road to home
No one else out to disturb the quietness so I just enjoyed the time alone outdoors.
Too bad that the damp weather wasn't good for a day out prospecting but instead Lulu had fun at the dog park so everyone was happy 😁
