My Actifit Report Card: December 17 2021
Another cold but sunny day. I'll be glad when Winter has gone.
Despite the cold (not even 30 degrees for my walk) and a chilling wind I had a great morning walk. Still the occasional annoying back spasm if I twisted the wrong way but it didn't effect me too much. I went out on the rolling Sierry Hills route but threw in some jaunts on a couple of side roads that climbed some good grades to mix things up a bit. With the ascents my pace slowed a bit since I didn't fly down the descents and I ended up with just over 700 feet of climbing on this walk.
A few minutes break near the end to get some doggy attention from my friend Andy and his little buddy Maverick.
Another frigid night tonight but maybe we'll head down to a bit warmed spot around Congress for hiking and crystals tomorrow.
