My Actifit Report Card: December 22 2021

A sunny and warmer day today as the winter days begin to get longer. It was a good day to head over to the dog park for a couple of hours then out for an earlier walk.

Lulu was happy to run around a bit with her friends and I put in a few easy laps around the perimeter of the park while she wad occupied (all fenced in so she wasn't going anywhere far).

Then it wad off to walk at 1 pm so I wasn't trying to outpace the dark for once. A couple of laps on the jeep road and then the rest along a smooth dirt road along the base of the wooded hills. Lots of pretty scenery and the birds were busy but no one else out there with me.
Not too bad for pacing as the surface was smooth and no major hills and it felt good to take a break from the roads for a bit.
Off for some backcountry trekking tomorrow with Lulu and hopefully a bit of prospecting as well.
