My Actifit Report Card: December 23 2021
A day of warmer temperatures but gray and ominous clouds hung low. At least the rain didn't arrive until nighttime.
A early part of the day was spent out at our favorite haunts over in the Copper Basin Wash with Lulu. Of course we had to go for a hike to explore the dry washes by the old copper mining areas.
Nice and peaceful with just the scrub jays and woodpeckers for company. A good mile or so then time to get digging for a few hours.
Unfortunately the darkening skies started to sprinkle rain drops on us so it wad back to home early.
I ft a late start to my walk and just didn't feel that great but still managed an ok walk. I didn't put in my usual number of miles due to the darkness and I didn't want to be walking along the busy roads in the dark (have to get out my reflective gear).
Looks like rain all night and perhaps tomorrow as well so no backcountry exploring for us.
