My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2022
Almost a week into 2022 and I'm fairly happy with my progress. A bit more running today and I even ran the first mile straight. Still a lot of training to go but small steps add up.
Too bad I don't have enough endurance to run more miles but I probably ran about half of my workout today at about 9:30 pace and tried to maintain a good walking pace when not running. A couple of nice climbs as well so a good overall effort. I hope my legs are good tomorrow and my body ready for more.
Lulu and I spent a few afternoon hours hiking about a mile and a half up in the Bradshaw Mountains at Big Bug Creek to check out some gold claims.
She had a good bit a fun and exercise and I found a fee tiny specks of gold in the cold, cold, COLD creek - beautiful and remote spot but it wad well-populated back in the gold rush days.
Lulu even said hello to some "tasty" friends 😆😆😆
