My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2022

The first week of 2022 is in the books and so far I'm happy with my progress and looking to see great improvement over the next 51 weeks 😁.
Completed 2 walks today with a morning loop into Prescott and back.

My stomach wasn't feeling too good and my legs were tired (my heart rate variability was off) so it wad a day not to push myself too much. Still it was a good walk on a mild morning and a nice way to finish up the week. Not to challenging but good miles overall.
Lulu and I went out to Lynx Creek afterwards for s hike along the nicely flowing creek for a mile and a half to check things out. Still a little bit of snow and ice around but not too bad (although it wad a little slippery in the icy spots).
I decided to walk a bit more in the afternoon just to get in some more miles and burn those calories.

Just my usual neighborhood route before dinner and the setting sun. A bit slower as I was tired but still good to put in the extra miles.
Time for a good sleep and maybe a day in the forest tomorrow with Lulu.
