My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2022
Today was a bit of a disappointment activity wise as I didn't feel up to much this morning. My body felt sluggish and lethargic and I didn't have any energy to get out on the road.
Instead Lulu and I headed out to hike around in the Copper Basin area again and then do some digging in the wash.
Lots of sun and clear blue skies made for a relaxing and enjoyable hike on the trail (just a bit muddy footing but not bad)
A good out and back hike over easy trail without any major hills or rocky sections so my pace was good. Perhaps it was a good thing to do a hike instead of the run but I still need to continue to push running to get back in shape for ultras.
Afterwards it was a few hours over in the wash digging for gold.
Hopefully I'll feel more rested tomorrow and get back to healthy eating habits and back running.
