My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2022
My run didn't go that well this morning as my legs felt heavy and tired and my right hip was sore as well. I managed a slow mile on the flat before I decided that it was better to continue on with a walk instead.
I guess it was an off day as I just couldn't get into a comfortable run or loosen up my legs (even on the very flat loop ☹).
Since I wasn't ready to call it quits yet I headed out on the dirt road for a mile or so and then back on my frequent rolling road route. Although it wasn't my best or fastest effort it wasn't a waste.
Lulu and I went over to Copper Basin Wash for a couple of hours while I dug around and Lulu walked around the area.
Hope tomorrow is a better day.
