My Actifit Report Card: May 9 2022
An easy afternoon walk after feeling rather sore and tired for much of my day.
As usual Lulu was ready to go for her walk as soon as we woke up as was already out the RV door before I could get my shoes on. No one was out for company but at least there were a couple of deer high on a hill by the gravel pit to get Lulu excited. It was easy enough for me and a nice start to the day (plus yesterday's wind was gone).
My afternoon walk wasn't as long as usual or what I would have liked but yesterday's hard work digging for gold had tired me out more than I thought. At least I took it easy today as my walk was a relaxed loop around on quiet back roads (Ieven came acrossthis beautifulMilk Snake in the road that Ihadto coax back to the dirt so he didn'tgetrun over). Tomorrow I'll do a bit of walking up in Flagstaff and maybe check out some of the downtown places.
