My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2022

We had a nice day up in Flagstaff today with a walk through some beautiful forests and parks.

Cool and sunny weather greeted me up in the altitude of Flagstaff. Lulu and I headed out on a couple of dirt roads through the wonderful city trail system.

It was a gentle ascent on smooth dirt with plenty of birds and tall pines. Lulu was eager to be out and exploring so we kept up a quick pace as we looped around and back through city parks full of people enjoying the day.

I felt good and Lulu definitely was tired by the time we got back to our car and she was ready to lay down for a nap.
I felt up to an afternoon walk when we got back.. It was breezy and mild and I changed things up a bit by heading towards the city outskirts.
Over 4 miles at a fast pace had me working up a bit of a sweat but my legs felt good and I'm happy that I put in the extra effort.
Maybe we'll head over to the Prescott forest tomorrow.
