My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2022

It w.as a busy Wednesday for us - a couple of hours shopping, cutting back the grass and weeds, some work on the RV. and still I had the energy for some digging over on Lynx Creek and sn afternoon walk.

Lulu and I did our usual 2 miles this morning. Nothing exciting but Lulu get get some attention from a couple of people out walking which made her happy. For me it was just some easy steps to start my day.
I didn't go too far along the creek ad the spot I wanted to check was right next to the parking/camping area so it was just a few yards back and forth.

A lot of digging but not much gold so maybe we'll head on over to Copper Basin Wash tomorrow for a change.
I was surprised to feel like walking this afternoon as the wind was strong and the temperature dropping but my diet has been lousy recently so I figured the extra steps would be helpful. It was just several flat loops around the neighboring roads and thr gravel pit so nothing that strenuous. I didn't feel that bad and it was easy enough to just repeat the loops to put in the miles.
