My Actifit Report Card: May 16 2022
Lulu and I enjoyed a busy day out on Lynx Creek under the cool(er) pine trees while the rest of the countryside continues to dry up.
We got out early to avoid the heat and thankfully the trail along the creek had nice shade and some moisture in the soil (but not muddy or slippery) so the hike wasn't too tough for us.
I kept up a good pace along the dirt trail and jeep trail deep into the hills and Lulu was happy to trot along with me until we settled down to dig a couple of miles in the forest.
I'm glad it wasn't so warm while I was digging as it was dirty. dusty and hard work (my arms got a good workout) and it wasn't too strenuous on the hike back down to my car.(it was nice that the hike back was a bit of a descent as I was tired).
I didn't feel up to any more serious walking later in the day as I think I had done enough.
Tomorrow we're going to Flagstaff for a few hours so Lulu and I will try a hike up the hill to see the Lowell Observatory up close - should be fun.

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation.
