My Actifit Report Card: May 17 2022
Lulu and I had a hard hike from Flagstaff up a steep road and trail to the famous Lowell Observatory atop Mars Hill this morning.
The higher elevation meant cooler temperatures but the 7300+ foot elevation made it a hard hike up the steep road. Lulu was really panting by the time we had reached the summit and I was breathing hard myself with the effort. The view from the road and summit over the surrounding city and mountains was beautiful and made our efforts worthwhile.
Too bad Lulu couldn't go into the visitor center so after we both had a nice drink of water we headed back down on a nice dirt trail to the city park at the base of the hill. Coming back on the trail was much more scenic and enjoyable than the road and we both appreciated the shade from the surrounding pine trees.

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation.
