My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2023
Ugghhh.... another frigid and gray day here in "sunny" Arizona. I'm tired of winter and would have stayed in South Dakota if I wanted this weather (plus the Black Hills are so much nicer than here).
Lulu decided that she was more interested in exploring every animal track and smell she encountered on our VERY COLD morning walk so it was slooooow going for most of the walk. Finally I just told her to move it and picked up the pace as I was very cold and really wanted a nice hot mug of coffee ☕. So we ended up with our usual 2 miles this morning.
Again the weather was cold, gray and dreary for my 5 mile afternoon walk with a smattering of light snow along the way. My bird feeders were crowded with dozens of songbirds stocking up on food for the upcoming cold weather this week. Nothing exciting on my walk as I was just interested in getting home and relaxing a bit. I hope it's nicer for a couple of days so that I can go hiking again.
