My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2023

We finally got some relief from the winter cold as the thermometer made it all the way up above 50 degrees and I didn't have to dress up in my heavy winter gear for a change.

Lulu didn't have all the snow to sniff around in but she was happy to be out early for our walk and I was happy to be able to be moving along at a decent pace. Just the usual morning looping route with just some birds out there to keep us company.
Since I had to take in my car for new tires my day was kind of shot for any outdoor fun so I had to settle for a 4 mile afternoon walk for my "major" workout for today. I didn't try any jogging today but my pace was a brisk walk considering there were a couple of nice climbs.
Tomorrow I'm going to try to head out to Lynx or Stanton for some hiking and prospecting while the weather is nice and hopefully a family backcountry hike this weekend.
