My Actifit Report Card: May 6 2023

A fairly relaxed day around home as everyone seemed to be up for a say of not doing anything special.

My morning walk with Lulu ended up just short of 3 miles as one of the old dogs along our route decided that he really liked Lulu and followed us almost back to home. I didn't want him to get lost or walk around near the busy street so we walked him back to his home before looping back around to home. He was a sweet old boy and Lulu didn't mind him plus the extra mile was good for us both.
Finished up with a decent 4 mile loop with a quick grocery stop near home. Good pace, legs felt good as well even on the 2 fair hills.
Tomorrow it's a family trip over to Payson to look for crystals and enjoy the pine forest.
