My Actifit Report Card: May 17 2023

Cloudy skies and scattered rain showers all through the day kept the ground cool and damp and sprinkled on me on my walk.

Lulu was very happy to get out again for our 2 miles this morning as her back leg seems much better and she was able to move right along. She's such an outdoor dog and really loves to be active all day.
Hopefully she'll be up to exploring the backcountry with me again in a few days.
My poor little garden is slowly coming to life and I spent some time weeding and cleaning. Still need to plant some more herbs to have a nice culinary garden.


Despite a few drizzles that followed me on my 5 mile afternoon walk (felt very good though). Knee felt good and my pace is getting better and maybe I'll be jogging by the Summer.
Looking to go down to Stanton tomorrow unless it rains to much - just have to see how things are in the morning.
