My Actifit Report Card: May 21 2023

Time to post some Actifit notes after a couple of easy days watching thunderstorms and windy rain here in Arizona. Although I managed a bit of walking the past couple of days I just didn't feel up to much.

Since it was a Sunday the roads were very quiet for our morning walk so Lulu and I could enjoy ourselves. Plenty of moisture really has helped the landscape flourish although if we get a lot of hot and dry weather we'll run the risk of a potential bad wildfire season this Summer.
Lulu was happy to be outdoors for a change as she hates when it is very stormy and windy (probably memories of being a puppy during Hurricane Harvey in Texas).
Afterwards we enjoyed a few hours over at Lynx Creek detecting and meeting our prospecting buddies and their dogs.
The predicted afternoon thunderstorms didn't materialize although there were plenty of dark clouds and wind during my 5 mile walk. My joints really were aching but it didn't affect my gait too much but definitely not good if I hope to run soon. Fortunately I was able to find my ultrasound unit along with a TENS machine that will help some with the aches and stiffness.
