My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2023
Aching knees again today but it wasn't as active a day for me as I was busy driving a neighbor to some doctor appointments today.
A relaxing walk on the dirt paths with Lulu to start the morning. She got to run after a couple of rabbits and then did 2 loops off-leash as she was such a good dog 🐶. Right around 2 and a half miles for us before I had to help out our neighbor.
It was warm all day and after several hours on the road I only felt up to an easy 3 miles around the neighborhood next to us. My legs are just tired more than I would like but tomorrow I hope to head down to Stanton with Lulu for some exploring.
Did get my Ultrahuman ring today. It's like the Oura ring but my Oura ring died and the company waited months to respond to my request for a replacement so the warranty had expired. But since they charge for a subscription to use the ring I figured it wasn't worth the cost. Hopefully this will motivate me to get healthier.
