My Actifit Report Card: May 31 2023

Just hanging out around home cleaning up weeds in the garden and cleaning up inside. My poor wife tripped and fell so I didn't go out so I could mend her up a bit.

Lulu enjoyed running off leash over in the gravel pit so we did our 2 miles looping the paths instead of our usual road.
A couple of deer by the trails caught Lulu's eye but she didn't try to chase them and was just interested in walking for a change.

The forecast called for clouds and showers in the afternoon but sll I had were clear skies and warmth.
Still it was a nice 5 miles in the sun although my legs are pretty stiff and sore this week. Taking my joint supplements to see if that helps but not much change yet.
Plenty of Honeysuckle blooming along the road so I was enjoying the sweet smell while I walked.


Looking forward to some exploring time in the countryside soon but have to take care of my wife's boo-boos first, hopefully her aches and bruises will heal soon.
