My Actifit Report Card: June 4 2023
Back to work on getting fit with lots of steps and a good keto diet today although I was tired and worn from our long day driving Saturday.
I woke up before dawn so Lulu and I had a nice and early Sunday morning walk all by ourselves. I know Lulu was glad to get out and walking after being stuck in the car for hours and she really enjoyed running around the dirt paths.
Lots of work in my dry little yard to scrap up a lot of the dry weeds and little bits of grass and start to spread around a bunch of the washed dirt/gravel left over from my gold prospecting. Not the best soil but it's a lot better than the hard-packed crud we have there now and hopefully it be fertile enough to grow something.
Finished up my Sunday with a nice long 6 miles up and over the Sierry Peaks hills under some gray clouds (but no rain ☹️☹️☹️).
My legs were still a bit worn from yesterday but no major aches so the rolling route went by fairly quickly.
A nice hot shower and good sleep will be perfect and looking forward to thr new week.
