My Actifit Report Card: February 22 2026
It was a beautiful late winters day to be up on chilly but sunny Lynx Creek for a day of hiking and some prospecting. 
The recent snow still lingers high in the Bradshaw Mountains but the creek had only a few scattered patches remaining and the melting snow meant that thecreek was flowing strongly.
Of course Lulu had to enjoy a roll in the little remaining snow before we headed on our couple of mile hike to our spot for the day.
Our hike was a bit sketchy in a few spots where the wet ground and slippery footing on some narrow sections of the trail made the trek slower and more cautious but we (or more specifically me) arrived without any problems.
It was muddy and hard digging for a few hours while Lulu ran around for a bit before settling down to watch me dig away.
The hike back was relaxed to give my tired back and legs a break. Not the most productive day but we both had a great time and enjoyed some wonderful hours in nature.
Hopefully back to some decent running tomorrow and maybe Tuesday as well before we headed back to the Bradshaws again.

I'd say that was a very productive day... Depends on what one defines as productive. But going on a beautiful hike with such a great companion? I'd put that into the category.
