My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2026
Another day, another day of heat that made for an uncomfortable run but I was still able to put in a decent 4 miles on the trails. 
Not very speedy when I hit the trail uphill section but it was nice to have enough foliage on the trees to filter the bright sun and there was a little breeze which also helped moderate the heat.
Not a great run overall as my endurance still sucks and the early hot weather hasn't helped. Still, I'm trying to maintain a consistent routine and I'm hoping that things will get a lot better when I'm back up in South Dakota in a month.
Lulu and I went down to the Jail Trail in the evening. Plenty of company along the trail and Lulu was having a great time walking out in front with her usual littlesplash in the VerdeRiver.
