More hot weather 🥵 - My Actifit Report Card: June 20 2025

The thermometer hit 98 degrees by the early afternoon but fortunately I was able to put in 5 or so sweaty miles before the high heat set in.

Lulu and I hit the path earlier in the morning for our 2 mile walk before I got to work packing up for an overnight trip over to the Bighorn Mountains in Wyoming to visit the Medicine Wheel site.
My run was another trek on the city park path and mountain biker network that was at an OK pace but my legs are feeling a bit tired.
Hopefully the weather is decent over in the Wyoming mountains tomorrow.
