My Actifit Report Card: July 3 2025

Not much of a day as I was tired from the heat and busy days at the hatchery. Had to go to Rapid City for shopping so I got a later start to my run.

At least it was cool for our morning 2 miles around the park which made Lulu happy but it was much warmer by the time I got to run. At least the route is relatively flat and the only (slightly) challenging section is the bike trails which are narrow and twisting but not rocky or nasty.
Time to rest and looking forward to some trail hiking on the 4th.
