My Actifit Report Card: June 1 2025

After days of cld and rain we were treated to sun and heat as the thermometer climbed above 90 degrees.

It was a busy day at the hatchery so I was a little bit tired for my early evening run (nice to have a little bit cooler temperatures) so my legs were feeling a little bit tired for the first mile or so. After that it was much easier as I headed up into Spearfish Canyon for 3 gentle uphill miles before turning around for a quicker downhill return to home for 6 good miles.
