My Actifit Report Card: June 5 2025

Another damp day with off and on rain but I was able to put in a strong 8 miles without getting soaked.

Lulu's morning walk was a rainy one as a light sprinkle fell for most of our 2 miles. She certainly didn't mind the rain and neither did I. Even with the gloomy weather there were still plenty of people out at the hatchery and park this morning.

I moved along quickly on my run as the route was nice and easy heading out for a couple of miles on the city path before a flat and fast out and back to the west end of Spearfish and back. My legs were tired as I hit the last mile but tomorrow will be an easier day (3 days of volunteer work now).
