My Actifit Report Card: June 8 2025

I'm tired today but the weather was nice so my easier run wasn't too bad.

It was another long volunteering day at the hatchery as the beautiful Sunday weather brought big crowds to visit. I didn't get to start my run until almost 6 pm and it took a bit for my legs to feel good and loose. At least my pace has been much better here in SD but being a couple of thousand feet lower in elevation certainly helps.
In the end I managed just under 6 miles - a decent effort.
