My Actifit Report Card: September 30 2025

September flew by it seems and it's time to get ready to drive back to Arizona for a bit but still a few days to enjoy the Black Hills.

It was another warm day and I decided to run the tougher climb up through the Meadow Plains area high above the hatchery. It's a tough couple of miles climbing steadily uphill until the crest over 500 feet above Spearfish on one side and the canyon on the other so my pace was down to a crawl at times.
Of course what goes up comes down so the return leg was quick and fun.
Still plenty to pack as we'll head out towards Cheyenne WY on Friday.
