My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2024

Wednesday was a busy day in all. Th scare of an intended protest on August 1 made everyone be in a hurry to get essentials in case the economy is locked down.

I'm happy to be back to stay fit.

I went shopping for several things. Walked long distances due to shortage of transport options.

In all , I was successful and was able to hit over 8k actifit step counts.
