My interest in the promo sales has to do with Genesis League Sports (GLS) governance token pre-purchase ahead of the presale happening in a week time. The promise to receive some free Chaos Legion packs is quite motivating especially when one understands the value of the CL packs in the Splinterlands ecosystem.
