My Actifit Report Card: October 24 2023
Hello friends!
This is an update of how my day went. When I woke up, I did my normal routine workouts (skipping ropes and push-ups.) After I had rested, I stepped out to clean my environment like I always do.
On my way to work, I stopped over at my brother's house to congratulate them once more, about his successful wedding over the weekend.
From his place, I chartered a tricycle to my shop.
When it was time to waybill a job to a customer, I walked on foot to the motor park to increase my actifix activities for today.
After the days work, on my way home, I took only one drop as against two. All geared towards improving my days physical activity which will inturn reflect on my actifix report.
After I dropped from the tricycle, I bought some cucumbers and groundnuts then continued home on foot.
Yesterday, I acquired some Afix as advised. Kindly check my wallet to confirm. I will buy more with time.
