Today i share my experience with partaking in P.E Sessions back in day in school, seeing this prompt topic brought back memories of my school days, where i was a teenage, carefree and young basically. I am very much still young, but i really do miss the much simpler days, i did partake in P.E classes for a long time during my school days especially when i was much younger, i also engaged in P.E activities in high school which i remember details about more till this day.

In the context of physical activities, back tracking my involvement through out my school years, i wouldn't say i was one who really liked sports really much, but the fact remained that i was one who appreciated and enjoyed extracurricular activities very much, this were times I could take a break from traditional in-class learning which sometimes were so dreadful if i am being very honest, not to get me wrong i was a great student , but i had been much aware earlier on as a young girl, that i loved the social environment so much more than traditional ones, I liked events, which i considered ** social**, so in school, P.E days were days i considered social , i thrived in such environment and liked it very much.

Now unto my experience with PHYSICAL EDUCATION, i remember vividly my earlier days in high school there was a compulsory karate class , a experienced martial art teacher would come in on Thursdays for the student to take classes, thiss class were a lot quite cringy to me but still enjoyable too, the moves were funny and it was a lot interesting to emulate a foreign cultures activity, i had taken this classes for about a full school year with my friends until the classes had been stopped the in following school term .

Another sport physical activities that was very prominent for me during my high school years was Track Relay Race, when i tell you this literally excited me so much. My school usually conducted a physical education-like cross school sports event which was called inter-sports day, during this events i always would run the first-legs in the track relay, this was because i was chosen as a fit to start of the race but not complete, since i have been much younger i always had lung problems which would trigger whenever i engage i heart racing activities like sports or just as little as lifting heavy material, so in my opinion this was the the best position to be placed in the relay race, i did relay for a couple years, and although my mother was so against my partaking in anything racing because of my health, i did it anyway because this part of sports was special to me, i love being the first leg and held onto this position, another physical education activity i partook in high school, was my schools beach days event, we would play volley ball on the beach and also really loved it.

Fast forward to this day , i would say my involvement in sports is pretty much non-existent, but i have been doing workouts for longer years now since i left high school, for reasons being that i wanted to keep a good shape, to maintain a healthy lifestyle which is very important to me, also i do modelling as a job which inarguably requires healthiness too. In general Physicial education has really been more than physical activities to me, i would say it has been a projection of my current lifestyle today.

Thanks for stopping by, hope you enjoyed this short story on my experience with P.E i would see you next time, ciao.

I really enjoyed the cross-school sports as well. I wish I could also be trained in karate as well.
You really had a great PE, and I enjoyed reading your content.
