Omnipotentia is No.1 enemy of evry single leader. Long term controling of everything and making decisions for every single thing drives to brain damage and insanity. An omnipotent person loses control over self. There's more and more confused sentences in their speeches and more and more wrong decisions. Unfortunately, nobody in their environment mast say them a word if not to hurt their vanity. That drives to downfall. Look at Serbian president, he's a good semple of that.
