My Actifit Report Card: September 29 2022
Hello all,
This is my first post onto this community. I have been seeing a couple of friends taking steps to be active, hence I am here too to keep fit and be active.
Today, it had been a very busy day jammed packed with back to back meetings. While there are meetings, the meeting rooms in my workplace are very far apart due to us having 3 adjacent office buildings. So to move from one meeting room to another, it is a long walk.
Through this, I have clocked quite a fair bit of activity today. I am glad that while having a busy schedule, I can also exercise at the same time.
Hope I am able to keep up this activity momentum and stay active!
