My Actifit Report Card: April 8 2023
I did not plan on spending the day working but that's exactly what I did most of the morning, through the afternoon and early evening. The aim is to do as much as I can today so I can spend Sunday with my family in some fun activities.
I did take breaks to stretch a little and then I went out for an evening walk. Not much of an activity but I have days of inactivity so this is one of the good days.
Tomorrow might be better, hopefully so.
