Tottenham are looking to win the UEFA Cup, the predecessor of the Europa League, for the first time in 41 years and the third time in their history, having won the competition twice (1971-1972 and 1983-1984).

The Europa League is the only competition Spurs can hope to win this season, as they have gone 17 years without a trophy since winning the League Cup in 2007-2008.

Hopefully, Son Heung-min will be back from injury for the second leg.
