My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2022

We are typically a healthy family, we eat good, practically live for the outdoors, and spend a lot of time together. Both my husband and I work from home and we get to spend 24/7 with our 4 year old. We stagger our work schedules daily to make sure our son is never without one of us. The funny thing about always being together is only dinner is eaten together. Breakfast is staggered with our son eating first while my husband works, after I cook his breakfast I workout while he eats, just before I go for my run every morning my husband comes down to eat while our son plays then when I get back from my run, I eat. When I start work my husband makes lunch for him and our son and when I get off work we all end the day with dinner together.
This was my breakfast this morning. One of our favorite things living in Guatemala is fresh fruit all year round. They call it The Land of Eternal Spring. We call it home 💕
