Night cycling to Pomorie Salt Museum
Last night with my friends, we were cycling to Salt Museum in Pomorie.
In the late afternoon, we left Burgas.
We passed through SaltWorks and along the dirt road, we entered Sarafovo.
We continued on a dirt road to Pomorie.
The sun was setting while we cycling on the way.
We crossed Pomorie.
We stopped the bicycles at Museum of Salt, which is located in the old town area.
The museum is the only museum in Bulgaria and in Eastern Europe specialized in the production of salt by solar evaporation of seawater.
The museum presents the production of sea salt, through the ancient Anchial technology. Various facilities and tools can be seen at the site.
The museum building, in which, in addition to information rooms, there is also a bird observatory.
We took a break at this peaceful place. @nanast soon joined us and then we returned back to Burgas.
