При мен постепенно отшумяват пречистванията...само за кратки периоди (едва ли не когато усетя силна нужда)
Житния режим не съм пробвал за пълния период, но съм свързан с доста дъновисти :)
Вуйна ми даже отговаря за паневритмията в Сливен...

Моите практики са по-комбинирани...
Спомням си с носталгия ..преди десетилетие, когато си приключих едногодишното суровоядство, след пълно отдаване на вегански режими, супер-храни и практики...за няколко години...

Времената просто не са същите, планетата и хората са различни...

това са ми усещанията :)
