FOUR DIFFERENT MANAGERS YET SAME CHELSEA

It's no longer news that Chelsea football club are being lead by the forth manager this 22/23 alone, and despite the continuous changes there hasn't been a significant impact or different in the results of the team, we can argue all we want that Bruno Saltor is a caretaker coach, but he has lead the team out if the tunnel alongside the likes of Tuchel, Potter and now Lampard.

The cause of Chelsea woe seems to go beyond just the managerial issues, in as much as they're performing terribly on the pitch, they also did same in the transfer market in my opinion, I mean why will one because they've got loads of funds to spend then decide to gather loads of average players and expect to get a good results.

If I'm to analyse according to my findings, I believe Chelsea woes began the very day Roman Ambramovic sold the team, nothing really good as happens since his departure and the new owner isn't even doing anything impactful to turn the tides around.

Despite not being a Chelsea fans, I've known them to be a goal and winning oriented team under Roman Ambramovic, and he's never shy to show any manager who isn't doing well the exit door just to bring in someone who'll perform better and inspire the team to bring out the best results.

Unfortunately under Todd Boehly reverse seems to have been the case, as he seems to be head bent on employing English managers over good and renounce one that'll get the job done, I personally think he lacks patient with Thomas Tuche, and sack him to early, given the fact that Tuche has had great impact on the team in the previous years.

Graham Potter was a total failure at Chelsea in my opinion and I don't think any of Chelsea's managers since the first spell of Joes Morinho as ever been that bad, the least I expected was to let the assistant manager Bruno Saltor finish the season, but instead again another English manager was brought in to fill the role of the caretaker coach.

Lampard has once coach Chelsea and the outcome was terrible and his last club was also left in shambles before he was finally sacked, so I see no reason to justify his signing, now imagine him losing to a common Wolverhampton Wanderers side, benching Kante who had an excellent gave against Liverpool in the process.

Well let see how things goes, against real Madrid and who they'll finally sign as the new manager by the end of the season.

It's a shambles at my fav EPL club. Something needs to change! Personally I think Chelsea should keep looking at their youth and get players who will wear the badge with their hearts on their sleeves. Having players who have a genuine passion for the club will go a long way

I never thought of it as them trying it hire only English managers. We get it, it a London club and you want a top club like Chelsea to succeed under an English manager but am afraid it’s not working.

I don’t even know why lampard decided to come back to chelsea. You have been a great manager when you did it without i signings, but the moment the transfer ban was over they looked for a better manager. For me, I don’t think Lampard can do the job. They would have been better off with Potter until the end of the season than with Lampard.

People didn't want to believe me when I said that the changes in Chelsea's ownership style and all those transfers were simply too much for any manager to handle in one season. The average player needs a year to adjust to his new team, and that only works if the team is already stable. It's like buying the most expensive car but with separate parts. Yes, you technically do have an expensive car but it would take you a long time to be able to drive it.
