Hola a todos. Este viernes pude retomar las carreras, después de una larga ausencia por problemas de salud. Lo hice aprovechando el viaje a la playa. Es muy sabroso correr a orillas del mar.

Inicié a un ritmo suave para ir probando cómo me sentía, pero al ver que respondía bien, aceleré un poco más hasta conseguir un ritmo por debajo de los 6 minutos.

Recorrí 5 km y no me sentí cansado, pero sí noté que los músculos de las piernas se me tensaron. No sé si fue por no correr bien hace unos cuantos días o por hacerlo en la arena, donde las pisadas son diferentes a las de tierra o asfalto.

La brisa, la vista y el propio hecho de correr me hicieron sentir muy feliz. Me gusta muchísimo correr y es algo que necesito para mantenerme activo.

Ya he superado los 913 km en el año, así que como dato adicional les comento que estoy muy cerca de los 1000 en el año.

Les comparto algunas de las bonitas fotos que logré capturar en la playa donde estuve estos días con mi familia. Se llama Santa Fe, en Sucre, y la playa, Cochaima, es muy bonita. Se las recomiendo.

Hello, everyone. This Friday, I was able to start running again after a long absence due to health issues. I did so while taking advantage of a trip to the beach. It's very enjoyable to run along the seashore.

I started at a gentle pace to see how I felt, but when I saw that I was responding well, I sped up a little until I reached a pace of under 6 minutes.

I ran 5 km and didn't feel tired, but I did notice that my leg muscles were tense. I don't know if it was because I hadn't run for a few days or because I was running on sand, where your footfall is different from on dirt or asphalt.

The breeze, the view, and the act of running itself made me very happy. I really enjoy running, and it's something I need to stay active.

I've already exceeded 913 km this year, so as an additional piece of information, I'm very close to 1,000 km for the year.

I'm sharing some of the beautiful photos I managed to capture on the beach where I was with my family these past few days. It's called Santa Fe, in Sucre, and the beach, Cochaima, is very beautiful. I highly recommend it.
