Entrenamiento 6 de 12 / Training 6 of 12








Hola a todos. Les cuento que se me complicó la semana bastante por dos razones. Primero, la gran cantidad de trabajo y la segunda, un dolor molesto en la pierna izquierda. Aún así pude correr esta semana.
El domingo pasado fui al parque con unos amigos. A partir de allí la pierna izquierda me dolía mucho. Y no quise arriesgarme a correr así. El día jueves fue que pude salir a correr pero aún la pierna me dolía un poco. Ya después de la carrera de 6 km el dolor me siguió afectando, así que preferí no correr más está semana.
Decidí descansar porque el próximo domingo estaré en la carrera de 12 km en Caripe y a pesar de que solo son 12 kilómetros seguramente será muy exigente por el lugar donde se llevará a cabo.
Como dato adicional les comento que llegué a 905 km en el año. Así que ya estoy en la recta final para completar los 1000 km que me puse como meta a principio de año. Espero sentirme bien para el lunes comenzar con los últimos entrenamientos antes de la carrera. Hasta ahora he podido realizar 6 de los 12 que quería llevar a cabo.

Hello, everyone. I want to tell you that my week was quite complicated for two reasons. First, I had a lot of work, and second, I had an annoying pain in my left leg. Even so, I was able to run this week.
Last Sunday, I went to the park with some friends. After that, my left leg hurt a lot. I didn't want to risk running like that. On Thursday, I was able to go running, but my leg still hurt a little. After the 6 km run, the pain continued to bother me, so I decided not to run anymore this week.
I decided to rest because next Sunday I will be in the 12 km race in Caripe, and even though it is only 12 kilometers, it will surely be very demanding because of where it will take place.
As an additional note, I've reached 905 km this year. So I'm in the final stretch to complete the 1,000 km I set as my goal at the beginning of the year. I hope I'll feel well enough on Monday to start the last few training sessions before the race. So far, I've been able to complete 6 of the 12 I wanted to do.
